Summary
Keep named folders as independent working contexts with their own tabs and unsaved drafts, selectable from the navigator, welcome screen, File menu, and command palette. Contexts park safely, share document snapshots with restart state, and coordinate ownership so a folder or saved file cannot have competing active copies. Named drafts remain available with Restore session disabled.

Verification
pnpm checkpassed locally, including formatting, linting, production build, frontend coverage, and backend tests.pnpm test:e2e:desktop:runnerpassed. The new desktop scenarios and changed math scenario also pass a source type-check with the installed WebDriverIO types.4c02d6f5, including frontend checks, backend checks and dependency audit, the full desktop E2E suite, and clean teardown. The added scenarios exercise distinct tabs and drafts, restart restoration, activation across windows, and parking a closed window. Desktop E2E was not run locally, per repository policy.
