[Bug] QQ（aiocqhttp）引用图片消息无法解析内容！

Description

我引用消息让机器人查看图片里面显示了什么结果他没反应也没有报错

Reproduction Steps

1.正常docker搭建好astrbot和SnowLuma然后给机器人发送图片他未返回仍和信息甚至使用站内的Gitee AI Image插件来引用消息改图然后也没反应！ 2.实测只有私聊场景下才会失效，群聊正常！
