Drop the hard-coded assignee and call the shared Workflows autoassign workflow, which now falls back to the AUTO_ASSIGNEE organization variable. Run on pull_request_target so assignment also works on fork-submitted PRs; the workflow never checks out PR code.

Auto Assign now assigns new issues and PRs to the user in the
AUTO_ASSIGNEEorganization variable (currentlyWestwardWinds) instead of a name hard-coded in this repo.ApolloAutomation/Workflowsautoassign.yml@mainwith noassignees:input, so the org variable applies (Default auto-assign assignee to the AUTO_ASSIGNEE org variable Workflows#33 must be merged first)pull_request_targetso assignment also works on fork-submitted PRs; the workflow never checks out or runs PR codeWorkflow-only change, no firmware change.
