… opens the draft, a scripted upgrade A minor release by decision 0017: nothing stops working until a team acts, and its one migration is a script the upgrade runs. The changelog's Unreleased section becomes v2.5.0, opened with what it brings and the upgrade order from v2.4.0: the v2.4.0 /adf:upgrade predates the script, so the notes say how to run scripts/upgrade.py from a v2.5.0 checkout instead. - adf's version is 2.5.0; build-plugins.sh carries it into adf-dev and adf-connect. - scripts/migrations/unreleased/ becomes v2.5.0/ (decision 0046), and the changelog and the upgrade test name it. - plugins/adf/README.md pins v2.5.0 in its settings example. - README.md names v2.5.0 as the latest, and keeps v2.4.0's notes.
