feat: multimodal merge detection - #755

- Add ArboristVisionMergeModel (image + Arborist graph encoder) with
vision_backbone param; rename from MultimodalMergeModel
- Add _assemble_graph_batch and _assemble_image_graph_batch to
ThreadedDataLoader; add "image_graph" modality
- Replace is_multimodal bool with modality string ("image", "image_graph",
"graph", "pointcloud") across ThreadedDataLoader, SearchDataset,
MLMergeProofreader
- Default modality to "image" everywhere
