Fix: Observability session data display issue

Fixed

This PR fixes a few issues in the Observability Sessions view so the data shows up correctly and reads consistently.

• Sessions table now renders data properly
• Fixed UI related issues
• "First input" and "Last output" sorting issue with the drawer
