hoopsheet-garden is blocked on this release.

The garden's first wrangler deploy succeeded (dry_run, run 33753878079) and created its own Container application. Boot then failed:

Expected string, received null
path: ["safety","requireTitlePrefix"]

That is exactly the label-only overlay #459 landed on main (requireTitlePrefix: null so a garden does not inherit [factory]). factory-cloud still installs @agent-relay/factory@0.1.85; npm latest is 0.1.86, which predates #459. This 0.1.87 bump is the first release that would carry it.

After this publishes, factory-cloud needs factory-version.json bumped and @agentworkforce/factory-cloud@0.1.1 published, then hoopsheet-garden can dry_run boot. I will not put a dummy title prefix in the garden overlay to fake a green boot.

Closing as superseded: 0.1.87 was never cut from this PR — npm now carries 0.1.88-rc.0, 0.1.88, 0.1.89 and 0.1.90 (#485), and the deployed container reports build 0.1.90. The hoopsheet-garden blocker noted below is resolved by any of those. — factory-lead-0910
