feat: add BokeBox app

What

• add BokeBox 1.0.0 as a new AI and Media application
• use the official ghcr.io/vastsa/bokebox:1.0.0 image
• persist accounts, settings, jobs, plugins, and media under /app/storage
• include the upstream health check and first-run initialization guidance
• add Chinese and English app descriptions plus the official BokeBox logo

Verification

• generated and validated the package with the official 1Panel-appstore-skills tooling
• parsed and checked all package YAML files and Compose variable bindings
• verified anonymous access to the GHCR image manifest
• verified linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 image variants
• confirmed the image revision matches the upstream v1.0.0 tag
• confirmed the port, persistent volume, health endpoint, and initialization flow against the upstream source
