Authentication to Jolokia endpoint

Hi,
I looked both in documentation and source but can't seem to find how to do an authenticated call to the Jolokia endpoint. Is it a missing feature or does it have an implicit syntax?

@blacksd Unfortunately it's missing that feature. I don't have much time to work on this library these days, but if you care to submit a PR I'll be glad to take a look at it.

@blacksd I just pushed a new release to pypi (0.3.0), which should address your issue. If you're satisfied that it's resolved, I'll close this issue.
