strange error "Requested frame not found"

Typically, the "Requested frame not found" error can occur if the video stream is corrupted.
For example: v0lt/VirtualDub2#40
This is unpleasant but expected behavior.

However, on some computers, the "Requested frame not found" error can occur with valid video files.
For example: v0lt/VirtualDub2#48
This particular error is very strange, because it occurs on some computers but not others.
The error appears towards the end of the video file. For some reason, the avlib_vdplugin or FFmpeg behaves differently on different PCs.

Fixed in 1.1.4.504.
The issue arises from multithreading, which can lead to frames being received in a different order; the plugin could not handle this, resulting in an error.
Instead of avcodec_receive_frame, we use the more versatile avcodec_receive_frame_flags function with the AV_CODEC_RECEIVE_FRAME_FLAG_SYNCHRONOUS parameter. This allows you to get the same frame order on different PCs.
