pr: flag -t behaviour different than in GNU pr

pr behaves differently than gnupr:

> echo x | pr -t | wc -l
57

and:

> echo x | gnupr -t | wc -l
1

Which uutils version is that? Because I cannot reproduce on latest commit:

$ echo x | cargo run pr -t | wc -l
    Finished `dev` profile [unoptimized + debuginfo] target(s) in 0.12s
     Running `target/debug/coreutils pr -t`
1
$ echo x | pr -t | wc -l
1

pr (uutils coreutils) 0.8.0
