regional customization

Thanks for the app, it is great.

There are a few minor formatting changes I'd like to make to match my region, in order of priority:

• allow rename of VAT to some other code (eg GST in Canada)
• allow toggling display of the currency code (for those who do not bill internationally)
• allow customization of address display as CITY PROVINCE, POSTAL CODE (currently CITY POSTAL CODE, PROVINCE)
• very minor - allow date format customization (eg service period as 2026-01-01 to 2026-01-31)

Thanks for using my app and thanks for that list—I will try to fix all of it.

Especially the adjustments for different tax systems had been on my mind for a while. I’ll try to have it resolved before the next release.
