Add deterministic native SQL and recovery property tests

Check predicates across statement families, runtime types, empty and staged
views, prepared execution, and supported secondary indexes. Exercise reusable
bindings, structured parameter data, and reproducible SQL mutations with
failed-script row, catalog, revision, and reopen invariants.

Sweep 282 simulated storage interruptions through indexed transactions and
atomic scripts, checking complete old/new models and subsequent durable writes.
All additions are test-only; no runtime dependencies or public API changes.

Validation: npm run test:rust -- --locked (273 tests passed).
