Python builds for Ubuntu16 are broken now. Will fix later.

Since python 3.13.13 builds only available on Ubuntu18.

Now python3.13 3.13.14 stop building on Ubuntu18

New python3.13 builds on Debian 11 fine. It's hard to run 32bit vm now - no lxc images anywhere.

Or just use github ubuntu-24.04 image and deadsnakes repo.
