Run a read-only AEO/SEO baseline for Summer Brigade (project key summer-brigade-26). Scope: RaidGuild.org, publicly accessible Portal pages, Portal Post #94, and the protocol UX service opportunity. Produce four durable artifacts: (1) buyer-prompts.json with 30 stable buyer questions across category, problem, comparison, alternatives, and recommendations; (2) owned-surface-audit.md covering crawlability, robots, sitemap, canonicals, indexability, metadata, headings, internal links, structured data, image alt text, and entity-description consistency; (3) citation-readiness.md covering Post #94 and other proof pages; and (4) aeo-scorecard.csv for monthly recommendation share, citation share, competitive position, description accuracy, source diversity, index coverage, and attributed conversion. Run model-specific prompt baselines only where configured access exists; record unavailable providers accurately. Return prioritized proposed fixes and content briefs. Do not edit repositories, mutate Portal or website content, publish, schedule, send outreach, request client endorsements, or make public changes. Stop for human review after producing the baseline artifacts.
