[Bug]: Settle label not being dismissed when interactions occurs

Steps to reproduce

1. Press the clock icon on the left side of settle button in the left panel
2. The Label persists after dismissing the popup and it overlaps with the working indicator

Expected behavior

after dismissing the popup, settle button group should disappear

Actual behavior

after dismissing the timer popup, settle still persits
