AUTH ERROR with NFC NTAG213

Hi,
I am using a PI400 with the JOY-It reader (https://joy-it.net/en/products/SBC-RFID-RC522)
When i read the card with this code i have some errors even if the ID is read:

import RPi.GPIO as GPIO

from mfrc522 import SimpleMFRC522

reader = SimpleMFRC522()

try:

        id, text = reader.read()

        print(id)

        print(text)

finally:
 GPIO.cleanup()

AUTH ERROR!!

And when i use this code to write:

reader = SimpleMFRC522()

        text = input('New data:')

        print("Now place your tag to write")

        reader.write(text)

 GPIO.cleanup()

I have this message:

Any ideas ?
