I think we can auto-fix

Only booleans are allowed in a ternary operator condition, PHPStan\Reflection\ClassReflection|null given.

in case of simple conditions which only can contain a single falsy-value

I think we need to really be careful. And only do it for types with non-complex toBoolean logic.

For example we can't do it for string|null.

But object|null is okay.
