Steps to reproduce

1. Click on "Details" of a file/folder
2. Click on "Manage tags"

Expected behaviour

Issue 1: The pen icon should be white in dark mode.
Issue 2: The accent colours in the bottom sheet should follow the server theme.

Actual behaviour

Issue 1: The pen icon is black on dark mode, thus not visible.
Issue 2: The bottom sheet is blue, thus ignoring the server theme (green).
