Can LocalUI display text in other than English languages?

I found no evidence, but I might be mistaken.

Yes — the current LocalAI web UI includes a language switcher. Open the globe button in the sidebar and choose one of the available languages: English, Italian, Spanish, German, Simplified Chinese, Indonesian, Korean, or Brazilian Portuguese.

The selected language is saved in the browser, so it should persist after a reload. The implementation is visible in the current source:
