Cant change project icon

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems

Describe the bug

So i want to change the icon of my upcomming mod/project but it gives the following error:

And when i refresh the page it hasn't updated the icon.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a project or go to the page of one you have (DRAFT)
2. Set a project icon and save that
3. Try to change the icon to the following image:
4. Try to save the draft/project
   If the bug is consistent across projects (i have tried another laptop and my phone) you should now get the error i was talking about.

Expected behavior

I expect it to just upload it and then replace the old icon.

Additional context

This bug is specifically when CHANGING the icon of a project, not when initially setting it.
