Change `INPUT_PREFIX` and `OUTPUT_PREFIX` #8

Change the environment variable names to a clearer naming convention for the S3 locations:
OUTPUT_PREFIX to OUTPUT_BUCKET_FOLDER
INPUT_PREFIX to INPUT_BUCKET_FOLDER
