Me too. Trying to install it in an ADO pipeline like so:

          - task: TfxInstaller@5
            displayName: 'Install tfx-cli'
            inputs:
              version: 'v0.13.x'

Yields:

Version 0.13 is way behind anyway. Version 0.21.2 is out already.

So I did update to v0.22.1 at some point, and recently to v0.23.1

The deprecation warnings went away
