Change OpenWeather API URL

Describe the bug
One Call API 3.0 requires subscription. Use current weather data API instead.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use API key from OpenWeather account with no subscription
2. Set theme to display weather
3. API returns 4xx error

Expected behavior
Weather data should be displayed.
