Restyle console and landing as serious Liquid Glass in Managed Code and Prostir colours
Owner direction: no light-blue, pastel or Material look. The shared brand.css
now defines monochrome glass surfaces with Prostir lime as the only accent and
a graphite logo. The console keeps its pinned hooks, gains an opaque glass top
bar and accent-coloured real-data charts. The landing is rebuilt as a product
page with a graphite hero, a reframed RF3 Three.js scene and glass sections,
keeping every tested hook and budget. Axis labels now derive precision from the
tick step.

- The separate website workflow MUST trigger when `site/` changes and when the performance-benchmark producer workflow completes. Website completion is scoped to the site, its evidence ingestion, qualification and publication workflow; independently owned database and performance implementation MUST NOT be silently added to that task.
391
391
- Owner direction on 2026-10-02 resolves the earlier website-source and producer-success policy conflict for REQ-BC-028: qualify the current trusted-main website separately from the measured-source checkout, and require the actual successful comparison job and its measurement steps. Unrelated database jobs or whole-workflow failure MUST NOT block this website-only delivery. Preserve accurate site/measured/control revisions and all website qualification gates. Earlier successful-run and equal-source guidance remains recorded as the superseded task boundary; never label a failed whole run successful.

- KeyLoad's visual style is serious, adult Apple-style Liquid Glass: monochrome Managed Code white/black and Prostir graphite, with Prostir lime only as a restrained accent. It uses deep translucent glass with specular edges, capsule controls, large radii and SF-style typography. No Material Design, pastel colour blobs, rainbow logos or playful decoration. The light `/admin` console and the public site share it. Do not return to the rejected light-blue look (owner direction 2026-10-02).
394
+
- The public landing should feature an impressive Three.js scene, within the existing scene lifecycle, budget and honesty contracts. The owner called the previous landing layout idiotic, so redesign it as a serious product page rather than incrementally restyling it.

- Fake production readiness, power-loss claims from process-kill tests, or unsupported performance supremacy.

-**One brand source.**`src/KeyLoad.Server/Features/AdminDashboard/Assets/brand.css` holds the tokens (surfaces, ink, brand blue/indigo gradient, reserved status colours, the dataviz-validated categorical chart order, radii, shadows, focus ring and system font stacks) and the shared primitives (`kl-brand`, `kl-btn`, `kl-card`, `kl-badge`, `kl-chip`, reduced motion).
20
-
- The logo `logo.svg` is a rounded indigo→blue tile with a "K" whose stem is three stacked replica blocks (RF3) and whose arms form a forward chevron.
21
-
-`site/Features/BenchmarkComparisons/brand.css` and `site/favicon.svg` are byte-identical mirrors.
22
-
- The SiteTests drift test `AC_VI_001` fails on any difference. Both surfaces keep their own CSP-compatible, same-origin delivery: the console whitelists embedded assets, and the site build copies listed assets.
23
-
-**Light only.** System fonts only. No external fonts or CDNs. The console CSP is unchanged: styles and scripts are same-origin and SVG is drawn through DOM APIs. Dynamic geometry uses CSSOM properties only.

-**Style direction (owner, 2026-10-02).** Earlier candidates were rejected: a light-blue look, pastel/rainbow glass and a plain grey version. The adopted style is serious Apple-style Liquid Glass in the sibling brands' colours:
21
+
- Managed Code: warm off-white, black ink and system typography.
22
+
- Prostir: graphite, with lime `#c6f24e` as the only brand accent.
23
+
- Glass: translucent surfaces with specular top edges and large blur, capsule controls and large radii.
24
+
- No Material Design and no decorative colour blobs.
25
+
- The logo is a graphite squircle with white replica blocks and chevron, plus one lime replica.
26
+
- Data colours come from the dataviz-validated categorical order (lime-ink, lilac, peach, sky, pink, amber, teal, red). Status colours are reserved.
27
+
-**Surfaces.**
28
+
- The console is a light glass shell: transparent navigation with a lime selection indicator, an opaque glass top bar and a glass content layer.
29
+
- The site has a dark graphite hero with a full-width Three.js scene, followed by light glass sections.

The error log is a new bounded server observation: `AdminHttpSnapshot.RecentFailures`, at most 50 newest-first entries holding the route template, normalised method, status, aborted flag and duration. It never holds a raw path, query, payload or credential.
