Subject: [PATCH 2/2] fix: sync Oracle 0.18.0 reviewed contract

Oracle's generic current-Pro aliases now follow GPT-5.6 Sol, so the
0.17.2 alias warning is no longer true. Preserve the explicit model and
effort route while advancing the skill provenance and validation
tripwire with the executable.
