Project version in `pyproject.toml` vs. PyPi

The version is 0.1.0 per project.version, but 1.1.3 in PyPi.

What's going on? I also couldn't find a deployment workflow.

Prior to my refactoring the project to use Poetry, the release process what somewhat manual with automated guidance thanks to the release script.

You are absolutely right, I must use a GitHub workflow to automate deployment to PyPI.
