SDK several versions out of date

Hello,

Some of our new support features require APIs introduced in the Intercom versions >2.11, but the latest published intercom-client SDK is pinned to a latest of API 2.11. We cannot set the version to unstable because we can’t risk deploying an SDK that could consume the latest unstable API in production.

Could you please publish a new release of the SDK that supports up to 2.14 as soon as possible? The newer versions are clearly available in the developer documentation.

By the looks of it the client was regenerated on December 5

Edit: just tried updating, apparently it's not on npm yet due to failing CI :(

@Eclairemoy seeing as you approved the most recent PR, could you look into the failing CI? We've been waiting on updating to v6 of the SDK, as we were blocked by #483 (and the regeneration of Dec 5 that includes the fix). We still can't update now due to the CI failure not having published the new version to npm

It seems that v7.0.1 was successfully published to npm 3 days ago. v7.0.0 is still nowhere to be found, though...
