Your kernel probably doesn't have this commit: torvalds/linux@8550423

GNR was introduced in this microcode release, which should match up to that commit above: https://github.com/intel/Intel-Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-Files/releases/tag/microcode-20250512

Feel free to raise a bug with your kernel distro (proxmox), as this doesn't look like it got backported to 6.17.y stable, so they would have to manually backport it, but its trivial enough to do.

Even then, its not a microcode problem (this repo), as you're getting patched microcode as reported in the 2nd/3rd lines
