Description
Add an overflow count badge (+N) to the participants avatar stack shown in the chat toolbar for threads with more than 3 participants.
Current behavior (before)
The toolbar shows overlapping avatars for the first 3 participants only. Additional participants are not indicated in the compact toolbar view (the ParticipantAvatarStack had a placeholder overflowCount but it was not rendered).
