The default 40MB is too low for heavy plugins like WPML. View settings here: **Tools > Site Health > Info Tab > WordPress Constants** Both WP Engine and Kinsta appear to leave the default at 40MB, sites on WP Engine with WPML installed report `WP_MEMORY_LIMIT` as 512M.
