A workaround for non streaming models

First I really like this project! I will make the usage of ASR models a breeze!

Now more like a hacky solution to add "streaming" to non-streaming models.
FunASR implemented something here

I know trascribe.cpp is not a server but maybe it could still handle some parts from it or currently this could still be implemented?

It's something that can be implemented, but whoever is consuming the library can implement it right now.

It's effectively not doing anything that is inference, so we don't need to support it in the library as far as I'm concerned at least for the time being while we stabilize inference
