Shortcut Clash: [Option+Shift+Right] Navigates Instead of Selecting Words on Mac

I am reporting an issue where the keyboard shortcut [Option+Shift+Right] on Mac triggers navigation to the next section.

Typically, I use this shortcut to highlight words while reading, similar to finger tracking in a book. Since [Shift+Right] or just [Right] arrow already handles word-by-word selection, I would like to request that [Option+Shift+Right] be excluded from navigation controls to avoid this conflict.

Could you please consider remapping or excluding this shortcut from triggering navigation?
