Subject: [PATCH] Header: plain full-width bar instead of the boxed nav

Removes the floating box from 968a5bf (3px purple border, rounded
corners, inset width), including the 640px override. The header is now
a full-width white bar with a 1px --line rule along the bottom. The nav
is 75px tall, so with the rule the header stays 76px, which the sticky
track nav, scroll tours, slideshow and mobile menu offsets depend on.
The mobile menu opens full width under the header, with no box.
