Add auto hyperlinks to hyperlinks in command pages

The old site, docs.dbatools.io, used to have auto links for the author's websites/social media handles/links in the docs. Please add it back to the commands. I believe it's a javascript framework that is dedicated to doing this kind of thing.

note for potatoqualitee/chrissy lemaire, the commands need to be updated to remove her twitter handle, (@ cl), so when you see that please just remove it and link blog.netnerds.net if it doesnt exist already in the command/page. If that's possible.

1. Added Auto-Linking for URLs (Linkify.js)

Modified themes/dbatools2025/layouts/commands/single.html:

• Added Linkify.js library via CDN (v4.1.3)
• Created linkifyAuthorSections() function that automatically converts plain text URLs to clickable links
• Auto-links work in:
  • Command author metadata sections
  • Command documentation (descriptions, examples, parameters)
• Smart exclusions:
  • Skips code blocks to prevent breaking code examples
  • Opens links in new tabs with target="_blank" and proper security attributes
• Links styled with text-primary hover:underline classes for consistency

2. Removed @cl Twitter Handle References

Updated three blog posts:

• content/post/24hop.md: Removed @cl Twitter link and Slack handle, replaced with blog.netnerds.net link
• content/post/need-for-speed.md: Removed (@cl) from tweet attribution, added blog.netnerds.net link
• content/post/the-path-to-1-0.md: Replaced @cl with "Chrissy LeMaire"

How It Works

Now when command pages are generated from dbatools-index.json, any URLs in the author field (like blog.netnerds.net, twitter.com/username, github.com/user, etc.) will automatically become clickable links. This matches the functionality of the old docs.dbatools.io site!

Example: If an author field contains "Chrissy LeMaire, blog.netnerds.net", it will automatically render with the URL as a clickable link.
