Error: Failed to processIncomingPacket when sent Unconfirmed COV Notification

I expected a message in XML that contained all the information about the object that is being subscribed to, however, the errors in the file were seen instead.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the const std::string SETTING_DEFAULT_DOWNSTREAM_DEVICE_IP_ADDRESS value to the IP Address of the Server device.
2. Run.
3. Type "c" and press Enter.
