support multiple creators/contributors in README.md

You should be able to add multiple creators/contributors in README.md, and they should get added into the array. Probably split when a second "nameType" value is seen

The multiple creators are getting through, but the ORCID and affiliation sections get getting lost. Needs a bit more debugging.
