From 04a60558032cbdc47cd8edabc602eaa57520923a Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dan Mordechay Date: Sun, 18 Oct 2026 17:33:42 +0300 Subject: [PATCH] rule-hunter: an absence claim with no budget for its listing is unverified A claim that something is missing needs the listing that looked for it. When the hunter's budget leaves no call for that listing, the hunter now names the claim in its not-reached line as "unverified: ". The report shows the claim as not checked; it never drops the claim.
