Bug description

What Happened:

Selecting GPT 5.5 - Standard throws this error and blocks the chat from progressing

Codex Exec exited with code 1: Error loading config.toml: unknown variant `default`, expected `fast` or `flex`
in `service_tier`

Expect to Happen:
Initiate a GPT 5.5 session with Standard

Steps to reproduce

Add service_tier = "default" into ~/.codex/config.toml and initiate a Codex chat in polyscope with Standard selected

Once I removed that line it started working. I did not originally add that line to my ~/.codex/config.toml
