Why can't I comment on my own tickets?

being able to post comments

Current Behavior

posting a comment fails with "There was a problem saving your comment. Please try again." in a pop up

im not sure, thats an issue with github that we cannot help with, there was another issue open that users have commented on as recently as today. try again from a fresh browser cache, different computer, or other common work arounds.

permissions wise, nothing has changed on our end and we value your feedback
