Not a deal breaker, but the purported v2.1 does not have any nuget package.

We recompiled the repo - stripped out the SN Key and now we get the following error.

The problem however is that concurrent requests ultimately can corrupt session state - the last request will win when there are any overlapping request (as those from a WebAPI). Solving this can be remedied by setting AllowConcurrentRequestsPerSession to false, but then request times balloon to around 500ms each.

My company has ran afoul of #96 and we would very much like a 2.1 nuget package release as it includes #114 which address this issue.

We did three things:

1. Pulled down the source, fixed the problem and re-compiled and re-referenced.
2. To resolved the concurrency issue we dropped use of this package and implemented our own (the concurrent API requests were corrupting a single model).
3. After fixing V1.1 update #2, we ended reverting to the v2.0 nuget package as our usage is now quite limited.
