Multiple #include's

When including the TaskScheduler in a class header file and then using this in the main *.ino, I get a heap of "multiple definition" error messages when trying to compile, even including the library itself.
It only compiles if the incllusion is in the main *.ino. However, this does not allow using tasks in or even passing a task to a class.
What am I missing?
