Let configure "Project Location" permanently to other different than "/home/<username>/NetBeansProjects"

Hello Friends

It would be something obvious but would be very useful add in the IDE Itself the option to change permanently the Project Location value configuration to other different from than the /home/<username>/NetBeansProjects default path.

Therefore for each new project to create the custom edited value of Project Location is simple reused.

Note: For NB 31 if I create one project and through the Wizard is change it the Project Location value. For other next project creation again appears the /home/<username>/NetBeansProjects default path

you can also set it via start option, e.g: -J-Dnetbeans.projects.dir=/tmp
