Quotes should include hasAttachments and attachments in response

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently when I work with Quotes, I need to go find out whether there are attachments associated with the Quote manually.

Describe the solution you'd like
The response object for Quote should include attachment information like how Invoice and Purchase Order does.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is we continue to manually associate attachments to quotes.
