xcodes does not check if runtime is already installed

Problem

When installing runtimes xcodes will duplicate runtimes which are already installed

Both runtimes installed via xcodes

Steps to reproduce

• Install a runtime via xcodes
• install the same runtime again

Error: duplicate runtimes are shown in xcodes
It is unsure which runtime xcode is using.

Notes

There seems no check if a runtime is already installed with the xcdoes runtimes install command
Duplicate downloads does not seem to happen
