Unable to install Xcode

The operation couldn’t be completed. (NetworkError.non200StatusCode(statusCode: 401, data: Optional(60 bytes)))

To Reproduce

1. Logout (no account)
2. Install Xcode 26.6 (17F113)

Expected behavior
Downloading and installing Xcode 26.6 (17F113)

Same here. Brand new Mac. Clean install of Xcodes. Only difference is I'm on macOS 26.5.2.

Are there any workarounds? Ooops. I see that signing in first works.

Same issue, I keep signing in.

Can we get a better error message at least for this one?

Same issue. Both on app and cli. Have tried logging in again, also can't.
