Make arguments --csv_folder and --sequence1/2_folder consistent #6

Currently:
--csv_folder needs to include recordings (recordings\2021_10_11-10_40_10)
--sequence1/2_folder doesn't need recordings (2021_10_11-10_40_10 )

They can be made consistent.
