Crop tool aspect ratio button changes behaviour on 2nd tap

**Describe the bug**
Tapping on the aspect ratio button for the second time the button enters a selected styling state but does not open the menu - the button goes from a blue to a white instead. A 3rd tap is required to open the aspect ratio menu.
