Description of feature

1. On the "Prepare Sample" page it indicates that the paired files must end with '_1' or '_2' but the underscore is not required
2. The documentation says that samples cannot be gz compressed but I think this is no longer the case and samples can be compressed.
3. In the "Increasing Resources" section it talks about "withLabel" but not "withName" and some of the processes no longer have a lable. This should be corrected.
