Dark Mode: Article title becomes invisible on hover inside Article Cards

If you hover over stable view article cards in dark mode, the article title disappears. I have attached images for illustration.

1. Blog preview of cards before hovering over an article: (All Titles are clear and in white)

2. On hovering over the card on "Why stability matters": (Article title disappears. To know if you've hovered, note the author's name in green)

For more context, This can be contrasted with the light theme:

1. Article card name is black and well visible:

2. On hover: article name and author name match the color animation, as is the case with the blog name, and the author name turns green.

Hey i have just checked it , i think we are unable to turn on the dark mode . I think the Dark mode is not working properly .
